Entry Level Client Representative - Glasgow, United Kingdom - RNR Marketing Executives
Description
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting residents in a friendly and professional manner.
Act as a representative of one of our clients, becoming knowledgeable about their products or services.
Engage with residents to understand their needs, recommend suitable products or services, and facilitate sales transactions.
Assist residents with product information, pricing, and availability, ensuring accurate and up-to-date knowledge.
Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally, aiming for prompt resolution to maintain resident satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring promotional materials are attractive and accessible.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, actively contributing to the overall success of the residential territory.
Participate in training programs and meetings to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to residents, increasing revenue potential.
Provide feedback to management regarding resident preferences, product performance, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
Prior experience in residential sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with residents.
Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage and assist residents.
Basic mathematical skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills to address resident concerns and find appropriate resolutions.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling resident transactions and documenting information.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and evenings, based on the needs of the residential territory
Pay:
£700.00-£900.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
