  • Creating insight and solutions and pushing forward the datadriven agenda
  • Enhancement of automated reporting to enhance tracking
  • Setting longterm strategy for alignment of operational data

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven customer operations experience
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in stakeholder management
  • Understanding of key analytical tools
  • SQL and Power BI
