Air Export Operations Clerk

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Air Export Operations Clerk to join a progressive company that's not only innovative but also competitive.

We are looking for a permanent Air Expert Operations Clerk to work out of my clients Heathrow office.

You will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:
Arrange Collection/ Bookings/ Cutting AWB's/ Customs Declarations etc.
Communicate effectively with shippers, overseas agents and airlines
General customer service, providing shipment updates etc.
Book transportation
Provide and deliver full airline references details on MAWB's
Ensure Post flights are done the next working day
Ensure accruals are loaded and files invoiced out
Complete the "housekeeping duties" on a fair allocated basis

To be successful:

You will have minimum 3 years' experience
You are Dangerous Good certified
You have worked for 5 years in the UK and no criminal record

Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm (additional hours may be required by the company)

Total hours per week: 40h

Based in Heathrow - MUST DRIVE

MUST HAVE 5 YEARS CONTINUOUS EMPLOYMENT

Interview will be competency based and a calculation test

£32,000 - £35,000
