The Duties of the Executive Assistant will include

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and ensure timely communication.
  • Manage complex diary and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Assist in organising company events or conferences.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for important company documents.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a similar executive support role.
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Understanding of the FMCG industry.

What's on Offer:

On offer is a salary between £30,000 - £33,000 per year.
