The Duties of the Executive Assistant will include
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and ensure timely communication.
- Manage complex diary and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Assist in organising company events or conferences.
- Maintain an organised filing system for important company documents.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in a similar executive support role.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Understanding of the FMCG industry.
What's on Offer:
On offer is a salary between £30,000 - £33,000 per year.
