We have an excellent opportunity for an Office Administrative Assistant to join the HSI team, based at our head office in Ilkeston.
To succeed in this role you'll need to be a quick learner with a few years' experience under your belt, ideally in the electrical industry but not essential.
As an Office Administrative Assistant at HSI, some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Monitoring projects (e.g. H&S information, labour & material costs)
- Arranging accommodation for onsite employees
- Responsible for company fleet vehicles (servicing/MOT arrangements, keeping vehicle and drivers' data up to date)
- Management of CC, ULEZ, Parking and any penalties etc
- Oversea vehicle trackers and liaise with insurance companies
- Producing and maintaining staff whereabouts
- Scanning incoming post and distributing accordingly
- Meeting and greeting onsite visitors
- Promoting and representing the company to existing and prospective customers
- Working closely with the Finance Manager and MD
- Any adhoc duties as required
Requirement & Skills_
- Someone who is bright, confident, selfmotivated and doesn't mind getting stuck in
- Has the ability to work well under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Sage accounting software is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
