Hybrid working (2 days from Home, 3 days in the office)
Finance Coordinator / Accounts Receivable's Core Duties
- Manage Accounts Receivables, including issuing invoices, monthly statements and remittances, dealing with queries, and running credit risk checks
- Manage key customer accounts and in particular insurance damage claims
- Proactively reduce aged debt and highlight accounts that require review
- Send reminder letters when due, and liaise with debt collection agencies
- Process direct debit payments to internal deadlines
- Upload used car files to the system and ensure rejected vehicles are handled
- Assist with fleet administration
- Process weekly warranty interfaces
- Manage communications from dealers and customers giving a high level of customer service
- Suggest ways to improve and automate processes
Finance Coordinator / Accounts Receivable's Skills Required
- Previous experience within accounts receivables
- Part qualified (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) preferable
- AAT certification would be advantageous
- Strong customer service approach
- Proactive
- Highly numerate
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer skills, including MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Team player but also able to work independently
