Up to £30,000 + Flexi-time + Lunch Allowance + Great Other Benefits

Hybrid working (2 days from Home, 3 days in the office)

Finance Coordinator / Accounts Receivable's Core Duties

  • Manage Accounts Receivables, including issuing invoices, monthly statements and remittances, dealing with queries, and running credit risk checks
  • Manage key customer accounts and in particular insurance damage claims
  • Proactively reduce aged debt and highlight accounts that require review
  • Send reminder letters when due, and liaise with debt collection agencies
  • Process direct debit payments to internal deadlines
  • Upload used car files to the system and ensure rejected vehicles are handled
  • Assist with fleet administration
  • Process weekly warranty interfaces
  • Manage communications from dealers and customers giving a high level of customer service
  • Suggest ways to improve and automate processes

Finance Coordinator / Accounts Receivable's Skills Required

  • Previous experience within accounts receivables
  • Part qualified (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) preferable
  • AAT certification would be advantageous
  • Strong customer service approach
  • Proactive
  • Highly numerate
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Team player but also able to work independently
