Support Worker / Children's Residential Home.
Location:
Blackpool, Lancashire.
Salary:
_£ £12.70* per hour // £24,336 - £25,755* per annum. (applicable as of the 1st April)_**
Additional:£62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month, an additional £3,000 -£6,000 P/A)
Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle are essential in this role.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking full time Children's Residential Support Workers (39+ hours per week) to join our team in Blackpool.

Requirements:
Experience and previous qualifications are not essential as we offer full training however, are welcomed and will be recognised in your hourly pay rate.
You will need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins with full-time and part-time hours being available.
