Description
The Temporary Workforce Service at Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust, supports the organisation through sourcing and placing temporary workers into unfilled duties across a range of services and staff groups.
Within this service, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the team, ensuring that we are providing an efficient, proactive and solutions focused service to the Trust and external partners.
You will be line managing a team of 7 team members, ensuring they are supported in role, have the necessary tools to perform their roles and are supported to provide a customer focused service.
You will leading on the quality improvement cycle for the team, ensuring procedures and polices are reviewed on a regular basis and identified improvements are implemented and embedded.
Working closely with the Operations Manager - Workforce Deployment in the regular review of the performance of the team, acknowledging successes and address any issues of concern.
The postholder may need to overcome resistance from staff in relation to complex and time-consuming procedures and describe the benefits.
