Care Home Team Leader
We are looking for a Care Home Team Leader/Assistant Manager in Cambridgeshire for a 25+ bed care home.


Location:
Cambridgeshire (reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)


Salary:
Competitive depends on the experience & suitable education

As Care Home Team Leader/Assistant Manager you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the quality of care provided to our residents meets & the standards set by the company while complying with CQC regulations.
• Managing and motivating the staff team to meet the care needs of people we support.
• Attending all meetings
• Salary depending on experience and credentials.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide care for the residents.
• To contribute positively to the setting and development of measurable standards
• To participate in the training of care assistants and other learners to promote the well being of the residents
• To continually update own professional knowledge
• To maintain effective communication systems and practice throughout the home, with the Manager, Seniors and Carers. Liaise with night staff as necessary
• To promote good relations with the public, residents relatives, GP's and all other external professional and statutory bodies
• To ensure that the company's policies and procedures, Health and Safety policies and Health Authority standards are adhered to and monitored
• To carry out all duties in a safe manner having regard for the health, safety and welfare of self, staff, residents and other persons within the company

Salary:
From £11.50 per hour


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• CB6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
