About Our Client:
This energy focused business are focused on providing low-carbon energy solutions to businesses. They offer expertise in net zero carbon and facilities management for clients to pursue a more green energy usage.
The main responsibilities for this internal communications executive include:
- Act as the communications business partner for the programme to develop, coordinate, update and deliver communications plans throughout the organisation
- Create internal communications are clear, accessible and relevant for a broad audience
- Ensure Perform communications are aligned with other internal communication activities
- Participate in a UKwide Internal Communications Network and contribute to the internal comms calendar to ensure effective collaboration and consistency of message across divisions and functions
- Support internal events and initiatives
The Successful Applicant:
- At least a years experience in a communications related role, preferably in the B2B sector but open to profiles
- Strong communicator and confident to interface effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and persuasive skills and experience in explaining complex information quickly and concisely
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and a strong, collaborative team player
- Highly agile, able to understand and balance national and divisional needs and priorities, and who is flexible and willing to support other related duties as required
- Able to work under pressure, prioritise work, and adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining quality
- A highlevel of IT knowledge with experience in management of internal communications tools
- High level of attention to detail
