What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:
You'll be working from our Birmingham office initially between the hours of Monday - Friday 9am - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm (you will be working 1 in 3 Saturdays), with the option to work from home after 8 weeks if you are hitting targets.
You will be delivering excellent customer service by dealing with inbound calls and customer queries.All of the customers you speak to will have prepayment meters, so you will be helping them if they are struggling to pay, are having issues with their meter, and a range of other queries.
You will be dealing with customer complaints, and always strive to reach a one call resolution, but escalating if this is not possible.
You'll be reporting into a Team Manager, most of which will have started as an advisor themselves, so they are the best placed to support you.
You will be working towards various Key Performance Indicators and have individual and team targets to aim for.What Amazing People Will Bring to the Role:
