Job Title - Property Accounts Administrator
Employer Description
Organon Trustees is a specialist provider of bespoke self-invested pension solutions to professional advisers, business owners and other High Net Worth clients.
Vacancy Location
Regent House, Heaton Lane, Stockport, SK4 1BS
This varied role encompasses a diverse range of administrative duties relating to the administration of properties within our self-invested pension schemes, to include the following:
- Carrying out rent reconciliations
- Maintenance of client records on backoffice databases
- Assisting with annual audits of property client files
- Processing payment instructions from client accounts via online banking
- Raising and issuing rental invoices to clients and third parties
- Assisting with the preparation of VAT returns for client pension arrangements.
- Assisting with annual regulatory reporting.
- Assisting with new property acquisitions, sales and leases
- Assisting with other adhoc accounts and administration tasks as and when required
Skills Required:
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Experience Required
- Previous administration experience in a professional environment, i.e. property management, accounts or pensions administration would be preferred.
Qualifications Required
5 GCSE's A*-C, or equivalent, including Maths and English.

Annual Salary
£22,000 to £27,000 dependant on qualifications and experience
