Job Title - Property Accounts Administrator

Employer Description


Organon Trustees is a specialist provider of bespoke self-invested pension solutions to professional advisers, business owners and other High Net Worth clients.

We are seeking a Property Administrator to work within our small and friendly Property Team.


Vacancy Location
Regent House, Heaton Lane, Stockport, SK4 1BS

This varied role encompasses a diverse range of administrative duties relating to the administration of properties within our self-invested pension schemes, to include the following:

  • Carrying out rent reconciliations
  • Maintenance of client records on backoffice databases
  • Assisting with annual audits of property client files
  • Processing payment instructions from client accounts via online banking
  • Raising and issuing rental invoices to clients and third parties
  • Assisting with the preparation of VAT returns for client pension arrangements.
  • Assisting with annual regulatory reporting.
  • Assisting with new property acquisitions, sales and leases
  • Assisting with other adhoc accounts and administration tasks as and when required

Skills Required:


  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Experience Required

  • Previous administration experience in a professional environment, i.e. property management, accounts or pensions administration would be preferred.

Qualifications Required
5 GCSE's A*-C, or equivalent, including Maths and English.

Annual Salary
£22,000 to £27,000 dependant on qualifications and experience
