We are currently looking for someone to fill a
Monday to Friday, full-time position of Customer Services Administrator.

The role involves dealing with both our customers and suppliers online and on the telephone, general office duties, data inputting and basic accounting.

Previous experience within the waste industry is desirable, but not essential, as
full training will be provided.

Essential Skills And Attributes

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Accounting packages
  • Knowledge of data entering and excel formulas.
  • Handle customer complaints and requests effectively, and in a timely manner
  • Professionalism
  • Accuracy and precision
  • To work well under pressure

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
