My client based in Cambridge are seeking a Payroller with European Payroll experience (some or all of: German, French, Polish, Italian and Spanish payrolls).

Temporary Payroll Co-ordinator for our European payroll.
Job Spec:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the successful processing of our European payrolls, currently covering 7 different jurisdictions
- Working collaboratively with the people team and our outsourced payroll provider to ensure all monthtomonth changes are captured and communicated in a timely fashion
- Review of all calculations provided by the outsourced payroll provider to verify completeness and accuracy
- Play an active role in assisting with setting up payrolls in new European territories as required
- Act as the primary point of contact for any employee payroll queries in the relevant territories
- Work collaboratively to improve and enhance processes
About you
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have/be:
- Payroll experience, preferably with a European focus
- High level of attention to detail
- Deadline driven
- Ability to problem solve in unfamiliar scenarios
- Good communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple demands with clear sense of prioritisation
It would also be helpful if you have:
- Experience in managing European payrolls
- Experience of working with outsourced payroll providers, such as CloudPay
- European language skills desired, but not required
