Reading,

Salary up to £35,000 + Performance related Bonus


We are delighted to be working with a Tate Reading client with their search for a Bid Manager to play a crucial part within the business.


This role would suit somebody with at least 1 years' experience within bid management/writing who is looking to progress within a large company with lots of internal opportunities.


Skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Selfmanagement skill
  • Experience within a medical or pharma background would be an advantage

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Provide bid level interface between Commercial, Sales, Technical, Legal and Operational stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategies for all procurement bids and pretender sales proposals.
  • Lead coordination of presales and bid processes including meetings and comms.
  • Manage internal and external resources to produce high quality bids, quotes, and sales proposals.
  • Responsible for commercial profitability of bids and quotes through the development of strategies during financial close and handover to operation team.
  • Adhering to bid costs as identified in financial models however no direct budgetary responsibilities.
