HR Officer


We are working with a leading engineering firm to recruit for their new HR Officer to join them on a 12-month contract based in Carrickfergus.

Joining their dedicated and supportive HR Team you will provide comprehensive HR support across all departments within the business, this will include;

  • Contribute to the provision of a quality human resource service, ensuring the required standards of service are delivered to the organisation
  • Perform such duties and tasks assigned to the post in accordance with agreed time and quality targets
  • Provide operational support across the department as directed

What we are looking for

  • Educated to 3rd level or CIPD qualified
  • 2 years HR experience to include ER / coaching support
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sound level of IT literacy

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
