To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for 2 x Infrastructure Sales Advisors to join our team at our Anderton, Northwich site (CW9 6AA).


As our Infrastructure Sales Team Advisor, you will:

  • Provide a "best in class" customer experience, ensuring that all Infrastructure Sales enquiries are owned through to completion
  • Promptly identify and assess customer needs to ensure that incoming enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner and achieve satisfaction
  • Resolve any queries and/or complaints in a calm, polite manner, establishing clear reasons for any dissatisfaction and seeking to implement positive solutions
  • Ensure orders, sales enquiries and quotations are processed efficiently and in a "right first time" fashion (checking names/addresses, pricing, discounts, product codes and haulage availability/transport requirements, alongside clear quotation numbers, order quantities and schedules etc.)
  • Record customer quality complaints and investigate credit requests, ensuring that any credit notes are prepared and processed within agreed time scales
  • Operate as part of a knowledgeable Infrastructure Sales Team, developing skills, experience and understanding of the full 'Anderton'/ Infrastructure Sales offering and product range sharing experiences for the benefit of the entre Infrastructure team
  • Collaborate with the Sales Managers and Infrastructure Business Development Manager in order to pass on customer feedback, exchange information and/or resolve enquires and issues
  • Deliver soft sales support, working with the Sales Manager and Infrastructure Business Development Manager to promote stocks and sales opportunities to customers, anticipating needs and maintaining positive relationships

In order to be successful as our Infrastructure Sales Team Advisor, we'd ideally like you to have:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers
  • A 'can do' attitude that embraces a positive culture in always putting the customer first
  • Ability to work well within a team, adopting a supportive approach to help others and achieve together
  • Drive and determination to improve service
  • Ability to adapt communication style as required
  • Able to prioritise a changeable workload and adapt to evolving demand
  • Confidence to overcome challenge and work under pressure


Product knowledge of materials utilised within the Infrastructure/Construction industry, working within a technical sales office/customer service setting and/or the ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
