**Permanent Multi-skilled Operatives Required

Contract Length:
Permanent

Location:
Weymouth, Bridport, Swanage

Salary:
Starting £31,224 increasing to £34,618 after 6 months' probation

Benefits:
Van and fuel card provided

Holiday: 23 days plus bank holidays

Sick pay: 3 months full sick pay, 6 months half sick pay

Day to day duties include:

Carrying out reactive Carpentry repairs on occupied properties
Undertaking Multiskilled duties to include door hanging, skirting, architraves, locks, windows, taps, leaks, kitchen units etc
Basic plumbing repairs
Providing high levels of customer care at all times
