The Company
An ambitious and prestigious Chartered financial planning firm based in Chester, who were founded 25 years ago. They have a great reputation in the North West of England and offer truly independent financial advice.


The company provide bespoke Wealth Management solutions to Clients and offer a great range of services, including; IHT Planning, Divorce advice and Individual and Corporate Financial Planning services.


They are now looking for a Financial Services Administrator who wants to provide a great service for Advisers and Clients alike.

This company traditionally promote from within, so if you have aspirations to become a Paraplanner or Adviser, this is a great place to work They will also offer full financial support to initially become Diploma qualified and then Chartered thereafter.


The Role:

  • New business processing (investments, pensions and protection).
  • Client servicing, for example, switches, rebalancing and withdrawals.
  • Provide quotes using platforms.
  • Dealing with policy enquiries.
  • Telephone and reception duties as required
  • General Admin support including handling post and typing.
  • Previous experience in a IFA firm (or similar)
  • Strong IT skills
  • Good time management skills
