Penguin Recruitment are delighted to present a position for a Land Manager to join a successful Land Promoter in Hatfield

My client is a land, planning and development specialist with a wealth of experience with property development and planning The team source, manage and promote residential and mixed use projects across the South, North East and Midlands and collaboratewith architects and urban designers to maximise the use of their developments.

Role responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Identifying and sourcing land opportunities
Negotiating and securing land
Governing the land acquisition process
Developing and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Managing the land team
Reporting to the land director
Requirements:_
Relevant degree qualification
Demonstrable experience in a similar role with a successful track record working within land acquisition
Ability to engage with landowners and managing purchase processes
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Full driving license
