Who will you be working with?


You will be the main point of contact for Recruitment in Preston and work with your wider HR colleagues, business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand what skills are needed now and, in the future, to support the business strategy and vision of leading the energy transition.


What will you be doing?


You will support the UK&I Recruitment Manager to deliver excellent operational end to end recruitment, including both permanent and temporary recruitment ensuring operational recruitment will be delivered in line with associated KPI's and SLA's.

You will ensure that we are attracting a brilliantly diverse and inclusive workforce to help Baxi deliver exceptional services to its customers
.



On a daily basis you'll be responsible for:

  • Manages end to end recruitment process for all recruitment positions.
  • Provides robust data and recruitment KPIs in conjunction with the HRSS team on a weekly and monthly basis to track all vacancies, progress, mapping against succession plans, D&I strategy, headcount and requisitions.
  • Supports the UK Recruitment Manager with developing robust resourcing plans for the UK in line with resourcing budgets.
  • Supports HRSS Manager for implementation of HRIS platform
  • Works with the UK Recruitment Manager to ensure a strong presence online, with various third parties etc. in terms of the Company reputation and employer.
  • Trains line managers in good practice and recruitment processes across the business including interview techniques.

About you:


  • Have demonstrable experience as an inhouse recruitment advisor / business partner.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Authentic style with a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Proven ability to persuade, influence and build credibility with all levels and all functions.
  • Experience of using multi channels attraction strategies for talent attraction

Our package is made up of basic salary plus a variable incentive.
