Description
We are looking for highly motivated and experienced change professionals to join our Digital Technology Directorate.

This role will work closely across the ICS and our partner organisations particularly working closely with our 148 GP practices and 27 Primary Care Networks to deliver our ambitious digital transformational change programme.


Mid and South Essex are working collaboratively with partners to revolutionise our digitally led model of care to improve access for our residents and efficiency for our colleagues.

Your change management experience will help drive the business change to adopt new technologies and support the integration of health and care services, putting citizens at the centre of their care.


There are two posts available one is a substantive position, and one is for a fixed term until March 2024 which will be packed full of multiple projects with plenty of variety.
