Finance Manager

An experienced, hands-on Finance Manager is required to join our client's growing, fast paced business.


Hybrid working is offered with this role, along with an excellent benefits package and an early finish (2pm) on Fridays.

You will report to the CFO, manage a small team and ensure that reporting and processes are robust.


Specific tasks include:

  • Manage, train and mentor a small team, including annual appraisals.
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Preparation of cashflow forecasts and annual budgets with the CFO.
  • Preparation and submission of UK VAT returns and P11D forms.
  • Review financial control processes and implement improvements.
  • Monitoring and preparation of R&D projects.
  • Assisting with the implementation of a new ERP system.
Ideally you will be ACCA or CIMA qualified, or finalist level. You will have excellent people skills and at least 5 years' previous accounts experience.
