Ashfield District Council has an exciting opportunity for an Income Co-ordinator. You will play a crucial part in supporting the income team to deliver a proactive income collection service.

As an Income Co-ordinator you will:

  • Be a strong communicator with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Have an aptitude for numbers.
  • Be driven to provide the best service to our customers.
  • Be well organised with strong administrative skills and have experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Enjoy working as part of a fastpaced team, able to achieve targets and deadline whilst working effectively under daily pressure.
Experience of working within an office environment and with the public within a customer service environment is essential.
