We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Modern Apprentice to join our team.

As a modern apprentice, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

- you will be supported to learn how to plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children

Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children
Collaborate with the staff team to support the individual needs of each child
Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and any incidents or accidents that occur
Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care
Stay uptodate with current best practices in early childhood education

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children

Please note that this position requires a background check as well as any other requirements mandated by local regulations.

Salary:
£6.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
