Production Supervisor/Leader

Full Time - MON-FRI - Days

£25,500 rising to £28k after relevant training.
To ensure your team make quality products for our customers on time.

By supervising a team/teams of Production Operatives and Senior Operator/s.

Your Responsibilities

Ensure all products are completed and delivered to the customer on time by following the manufacturing strategy.
Ensure you have enough team members to complete your work by monitoring holidays for your team.
Ensure high standard products within your teams and resolving any quality issues.
Make sure your team reach their targets by communicating, monitoring and collating KPI's and monitoring staff performance.
Maintain defined standards of product quality compliance.
Ensure your team members are trained by identifying and arranging training and keeping an effective skills matrix.
Identify improvements.
Ensure effective inductions, complete probation reviews, appraisals and if necessary apprentice reviews are completed.

You

Must have strong Leadership and influencing skills to help drive improvement and growth.
Be a clear and effective communicator.
Strong Organisational skills.
Good Problem Solving abilities.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£25,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
