This includes driving forward the end-to-end experience across digital employee journeys, demonstrating our current technology eco-system to improve our digital footprint, providing mobile experiences and supporting work in the flow and on the go.

We are creating the movement to be a design-led, agile organisation where colleague experiences are smooth, seamless, digital and productive across our whole colleague lifecycle from joining to leaving the organisation.

Your knowledge and understanding of the entire colleague lifecycle will be deployed to show the inter-dependencies between these moments that matter.

You will look to the best, most innovative experiences from competitors, brands and pioneers across the world, introducing the latest design thinking and Outside: In knowledge to the team.

The Colleague Experience Lead will sit in the People Platform and will work with the team to optimise the end-to-end Digital Experience of our Colleagues, conduct user research, analyse data, co-design, develop and help deliver seamless, simple and integrated experiences that delight and enhance productivity.
