We are hiring forProject Planner / Project Scheduler / PMO / Project Coordinator / Project Assistant
Part Time Opportunity :1/3 days per Per Week only
Location :
Remote - Aldermaston
- Should have strong experience in managing and maintaining project schedules
- Conduct resource planning and allocation, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources
- Expertise using Mcrosoft tools (MS Project, MS Excel etc) highly preferred
- Ability to monitor and track project progress, regularly updating schedules to reflect actual progress and identifying any deviations or delays.
- Generate reports and visualisations from scheduling software to communicate project status, critical milestones, and resource allocation to stakeholders
- Facilitate schedule review meetings and discussions with project teams, stakeholders, and management, addressing schedulerelated issues and proposing solutions
