£26,661.00 per annum
Here at ClwydAlyn, we are looking to recruit a Painter to join the Planned Works team at St Asaph. We are looking for a Painter to join our Maintenance Team. You will need a full driving licence, however a works van and equipment will be provided. The ability to work to deadlines, as part of a team and to the highest standard is essential.

This post is a permanent basis in our Main Office in St Asaph.

Who are we looking for?

Measuring the work area to calculate the time and materials required to complete the project.
Preparing the surrounding area, including covering fixtures and furniture to prevent messes.
Preparing painting surfaces, including removing old paint, filling holes and cracks and washing walls
Choosing the tools to complete the job.
Mixing and matching paints and colours to meet the texture and look required for the project.
Cleaning up painting tools and supplies, replacing fixtures and rearranging furniture after completing the project
Collaborating with painters on other larger jobs.
Working with other construction professionals such as, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers when necessary

Skills and Qualifications required for the role:

Relevant Experience.
Driving license.

This role requires an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check which we pay for.
