Description

A specialist decorating contractor are now seeking a proactive Contracts Manager to join their well-established team in Sevenoaks.

The Contracts Manager

The Contracts Manager will be required to effectively manage employees and sub-contractors with the performance of their duties where required, as well as supervising the workforce and monitoring the overall quality.

The Contracts Manager will keep an accurate record of materials and labour and be required to regularly attend and represent site meetings and therefore be required to have previous experience within a similar role as well as having a CSC Card or relevantqualification.

The Contracts Manager Role

CSCS Card/NVQ Level 2 (as a minimum)
Great verbal and written communication
Previous experience working in a similar supervisory role
Experience and knowledge of managing multiple commercial painting contracts
Highly organised and professional in approach with a keen eye for detail
