Ideal Health are a leading digital health consultancy, supporting healthcare organisations at all stages of their digital journey from strategy and business case, through implementation, optimisation, and benefits realisation.

We are looking for EPR administrators to assist a hospital's PMO team in promoting and supporting EPR training. This role is an initial three-month contract (potential to extend), and would be fully onsite, based in the Midlands. Your goal will be to ensure that the organisations' training programs are engaging and run smoothly.


Some of the responsibilities of this role include:

  • Booking staff onto courses and sending out booking confirmations and reminders, dealing with course cancellations when required
  • Liaising with the team to ensure the correct training information and classes are displayed and available
  • Assist the team in producing user and troubleshooting guides
  • Preparing, photocopying, and distributing course materials
  • Arranging venues, resources and booking rooms for training meetings and sessions
  • Ensuring that training supplies stock is monitored and the receiving procedure for deliveries is followed
  • NHS or healthcare experience, any exposure to EPR (Electronic Patient Records) or PAS (Patient Administration System) would be highly desirable
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Telephone / communication skills
  • In this role, you should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multitask and work under pressure. You should also be able to work autonomously and havestrong communication skills
