Job purpose
This new role will report to the ISQM (UK) 1 senior manager and will manage data to record and monitor our system of quality management as well as develop a good working knowledge of the software tools we use to manage our work, support the preparation of monthly and adhoc report writing and also keep our project tracker up to date.
This role will give you a unique insight into working in a professional services environment, as well as an opportunity to support the audit firm in monitoring and improving quality.
Key responsibilities
Take ownership for the maintenance of project trackers, ensuring that these are complete and accurate and updated on a timely basis
Using various software tools to map quality objectives, risks and controls, and managing the data, updating for changes and ensuring consistency across differing platforms
Working with the team to deliver projects on time and ensuring that they are kept up to date on progress
Providing general project management support such as sending out and tracking responses to requests for information
Skills and experience
Ability to learn new concepts and software.
They will have an analytical and logical mind with an eye for detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to develop a good rapport with key stakeholders
Excellent listening skills and ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player as well as work independently.
Good organisational skills and able to work to deadlines.
