What you'll do

As our Inbound Business Sales Advisor you will be responsible for driving revenue, margin and volume through mobile and wider solutions.


  • You will be receiving and making calls to customers to build, manage and grow their business with Vodafone.
  • You will be passionate about driving NPS improvement through endtoend customer experience.
  • You will deliver commercially responsible decisions in every interaction ensuring the needs of the customer and Vodafone are met.
  • You will identify opportunities to grow the customer base value through cross sell and upsell propositions.
  • You will endeavour to provide a high quality of service and ensure that all the work you are given is completed accurately.

Who you are

  • You will be passionate about achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • You will be organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • You will showcase the ability to understand customer needs and build long lasting relationships with customers and a passion for doing so.
  • You will have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • You will preferably have previous sales experience
