Responsibilities:


What's the position?


The role is for a Senior Financial Crime Officer for international markets (markets excluding USA) and the responsibilities below relate to those markets only.


  • Assist in the creation, implementation and maintenance of internal AML/CFT compliance policy manuals, risk assessments and operational procedures.
  • Undertaken compliance monitoring and/or compliance assurance across AML/CFT and sanctions requirements.
  • Review internal reports raised by employees of the Company, investigate, and prepare summaries for MLRO to consider with you.
  • Assist in the development of the company's policies related to AML in line with the latest regulations in the industry.
  • Keep abreast of changes in regulations and regulatory guidance.
  • Assist with the creation of and/or delivery of training to all relevant personnel, tailoring this training to role and / or seniority.
  • Assist in the preparation for external audits.
  • Provide regular reports and/or updates to the MLRO as necessary and required.
  • Assist in preparing for entry into new markets.

Qualifications:

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with a focus on AML/CTF compliance
  • Experience of online gambling, with LATAM or Spanish gambling licenses desirable
  • Compliance qualifications preferred (e.g. International Compliance Association)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Second language of Spanish desirable
  • Experienced in working collaboratively across different teams and departments
