We are delighted to be recruiting a General Manager on behalf of a well-renowned and expanding private provider for one of their newest commissions in South-West London.
The home is situated near to Kingston-Upon-Thames and is accessible from the SouthwestMain Line. The home provides residential care for up to 80 residents and boasts modern amenities.
Reporting into the Home Manager you will support across all areas of the day to day running of the home, whilst also adopting a hands-on approach, leading the teams and quality of care.
Responsibilities:
- Registered Manager with CQC
- Leadership and management of care and nursing team
- Recruitment, supervision and training of team
- Ensure home is compliant with all relevant regulations
- Sales and marketing of the home
- Budget management in line with KPI
Requirements:
- Experienced home manager with Good CQC track record
- Ideally nurse qualified but not essential nursing home experience is essential
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
- Sound financial and business acumen
- Positive and engagement leadership style
