Description
An exciting role has become available at this rapidly-growing residential property investment and property management company, specialising in the search and management of rentals on behalf of high net worth individuals.
The role will involve facilities management and supporting the sales and lettings administration teams.There are peaks and troughs in the sales and lettings teams, so the balance of the workload would change depending on need.
The facilities managementaspect of the role involves being a key-holder for opening and closing the office and ensuring the office equipment and facilities are all in good working order.
To be considered you will have previous experience within property administration, excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.You should be able work well under pressure, have a keen eye for admin and be adaptable to teamwork as well assolo tasks.
Skills and experience required:
- At least 1 years' property administration experience within a residential estate agency
- Excellent communicator written and verbally
- Friendly and approachable
- Highlyorganised
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Able to problem solve and use own initiative
- Proficient use of the Microsoft packages
- Excellent attention to detail.
