An opportunity has arisen for a Digital Training Manager for a 2yr FTC.


Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of training within the programme, including the planning, development, and delivery of learning activities to drive faster adoption, greater ultimate utilisation, and higher proficiency in the use of systems and technology.


Take the lead for the system, technical and business process knowledge transition into the business and will use their specialist skills to design and improve learning content, experiences, and solutions.


Will bring a range of skills including graphic design, content editing and eLearning authoring (including quizzes and other scenario-based solutions) to work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and use appropriate instructional approaches to develop new synchronousand asynchronous learning materials such as: online and F2F workshops and workbooks; fully self-directed eLearning; and digital quick guides and user guides.

You will have professional experience in adult learning, instructional design, learning technology or related field.

Experience of training, development and delivery principles in an operational context, including to support end users of business systemsand processes.

Experience working with learning management systems to develop, upload edit and analyse content.
