NEW ROLE
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Behavior Mentor.

As a Behavior Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding our students to develop positive behaviors and attitudes towards their learning and relationships with others.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring sessions for students who require additional support with their behavior and emotional wellbeing.

Develop and implement individualized behavior plans in collaboration with teachers and parents/guardians.
Lead and deliver targeted interventions to support students with social, emotional and behavioral difficulties, using evidencebased strategies and approaches.
Monitor and track the progress of students receiving support, providing regular feedback to relevant staff and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience working with children and young people with behavioral difficulties, preferably in an educational setting.
Sound knowledge of behavior management strategies and techniques, and experience implementing them successfully.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents/guardians.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive approach to problemsolving.
Enhanced Child & Adult DBS or willing to pay for one
