Description

TLMC Ltd is a Residential Property Management firm in the Super Prime & Prime markets in Central London & Surrey with in-house Housekeeping, Specialist Cleaning, Maintenance & Project Management teams.


This role would be primarily in our Property Management department as a Property Management Assistant but there would be opportunities to learn about the other areas of the business.

We have a hands-on, practical approach as a company, with a strong focus on teamwork. It is a fast paced and dynamic environment which presents challenges and opportunities daily


The role would be perfect for a graduate or someone new to the sector looking to gain experience across multiple real estate areas.


The key skills are:

  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Driving Licence is preferable

The Responsibilities would be:

  • On site management of reactive & preventative maintenance.
  • Coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
  • Distribution and diary management of keys for property access as required.
  • Completion of inspections. Ensuring all scheduled property inspections are completed weekly, and reporting on this.
  • Assistance with inspection scheduling and diary organisation
  • Identifying maintenance, specialist cleaning & housekeeping requirements in properties, recording and updating on company systems.
  • Identifying other forms of potential revenue generation (rental/furnishing/refurbishment/major project works and opportunities to engage new property management clients) in properties.
  • Helping to upgrade and improve the quality of inspection templates and reports produced through auditing, improving detail and accuracy.
  • Primary responsibility for key safe compliance, and management of the TLMC keyholding security arrangements.
  • Assistance with auditing and wholescale improvement of accuracy on company software records (such as Building Link & iAuditor).
  • Utilise company systems to schedule workflow, resources and priorities as required to serve the TLMC portfolio.
  • Administration of property related records on company systems.
  • Administration of compliance records on company systems.
The package on offer is £20,000 - £24,000 p.a. Role includes a company zones 1-2 TFL travel card monthly.
