Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care: Provide compassionate personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support, respecting their dignity and preferences.

Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations and activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation, fostering a positive and caring environment.

Safe Transportation: Safely drive clients to medical appointments, errands, and other outings, ensuring their comfort and safety during the journey.

Assistance with Medications: Support clients in managing their medications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring proper administration.

Light Housekeeping: Help with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized living environment for the client.


Qualifications and Experience:

Care Experience: Previous experience as a Support Worker or Carer, with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality care.

Empathy: Display empathy, patience, and respect when interacting with clients, valuing their preferences and promoting their independence.

Driving Skills: Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, demonstrating safe and responsible driving practices.

Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
