Description
Are you ready to embark on an exhilarating career journey after graduating from university?

Are you eager to kickstart your professional life in the dynamic field of recruitment?

Do you envision yourself working alongside a team of like-minded individuals who are motivated by financial success?

Are you searching for a job where your hard work is not only recognized but also handsomely rewarded?

If your response is a resounding "yes" to the above questions, then look no further

Your field of study and prior knowledge of recruitment are inconsequential because our clients provide comprehensive 24/7 support and offer expert training throughout the week.

During your six-week induction period, you will engage in one-on-one development sessions, gain invaluable on-the-job experience, and participate in diverse group training workshops.

This immersive learning experience will enable you to not only acquire knowledge but also forge meaningful connections and friendships with your colleagues.

This opportunity is far from being a typical call center job.

Unlike most sales-oriented roles, this is a mature and autonomous environment that rewards self-starters with a genuine desire for financial growth.

For those who demonstrate unwavering commitment, management positions will quickly become available.

We specialize in health and social care recruitment, covering a broad spectrum ranging from registered general nurses to executive roles such as home managers, regional managers, and directors within the United Kingdom's healthcare sector.

As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in regular phone or video conversations with senior executives.
  • Presenting customized search solutions that address your clients' specific requirements.
  • Managing the interview process, including scheduling, providing feedback, and conducting debriefing sessions.
Recruitment is akin to sales, which means you will inevitably face rejection. The nature of this role demands resilience and the ability to bounce back from setbacks. We seek individuals who view rejection as a catalyst for success.

It's important to note that this position will be an emotional rollercoaster, with good days, bad days, and moments of self-doubt.

However, the feeling of accomplishment when things go right is 100% worth it

What's in it for you? Here are just a few of the many enticing benefits:

  • Uncapped earning potential and an attractive commission scheme.
  • A vibrant and enjoyable social office environment.
  • Regular company trips and holidays as rewards for top performers.
  • Transparent career progression opportunities within a company that prides itself on promoting from within.
  • A modern, stateoftheart office located in the heart of the city.

If you are intrigued by the various opportunities we offer and would like to explore them further, please attach a comprehensive CV and a compelling cover letter explaining your interest in a recruitment role.
