SALESFORCE PRODUCT OWNER | LONDON/HYBRID | £80,000 | FTC (12 MONTHS)

SUMMARY

I am working with a large retailer, looking for an experienced Product Owner to become integrated into the Product team to deliver the business solutions.

This is a great opportunity for somebody looking to gain valuable learning opportunities, with the potentialfor staying on beyond 12 months


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Create the user stories using Jira and translate the requirements for features into user stories
  • Manage sprints and backlogs for the technical teams, taking leadership in the support and enhancement of the platform
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and carry out requirement gathering
  • Bridge gaps between the business and development teams, allowing effective communication
  • Conduct reviews of the platform, controls and protocols
  • Manage the business relationships with all the Salesforce platform teams
  • Partake in business development meetings with senior managers to define and deliver a roadmap for the year

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum 5+ years' experience with Salesforce
  • Previous experience in CRM automation products
  • Excellent communication skills and abilities to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams
