What exactly will you be doing?


As a Professional Standards and Compliance Co-ordinator, you will support AAT's member compliance efforts by assisting with the annual declaration program, promoting awareness of professional conduct regulations and providing administrative assistance to help uphold regulatory standards.


Major objectives

  • The objectives for this role are:
  • Strengthen engagement in AAT's vital annual declaration program that upholds the integrity of our accounting profession.
  • Play a key role in ensuring member compliance with regulations and policies through administrative support of the annual declaration and practice assurance review process.
  • Provide critical assistance for disciplinary meeting activities as the Professional Standards team works diligently to enforce professional codes of conduct.
  • Serve as an ambassador for AAT's regulatory framework that guides ethical accounting practices.

What are we looking for?

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with CRM databases and SharePoint/Teams is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Confident handling customer and supplier interactions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Data analysis and processing skills
  • Customer service experience
