Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fire Stopper to join our team.

As a Fire Stopper, you will be responsible for installing fire-resistant materials to prevent the spread of fire in buildings.

This is a crucial role in ensuring the safety of occupants and protecting property from fire damage.

  • Service Penetration Seals
  • Compound Applications (Vertical & Horizontal)
  • Cavity Barriers (Fire/Smoke)
  • Fire Rated Partitions
  • Manufacturers specifications in line with the relevant test evidence
  • Understanding of FRA works, Fire Strategies, Evacuation Policies
  • Ability to carry out work all works safely in line with current CDM Regulations 2015.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Carry out installations in line with tested specifications and third part accreditation.
  • Ensuring work areas are clean and general housekeeping is maintained.
  • Communicating efficiently with residents and managers of schemes.

Requirements:


  • NVQ
  • Passive Fire Protection


  • FIRAS

  • Service Penetration Seals
  • CSCS Card
  • Working at Height Awareness
  • Ability to use hand, power an 18V tools
  • Clean full UK driving license.

Salary:
£32,175.00-£36,562.50 per year
