HR's Digital Experience team is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving number of key digital, end-user HR channels which provide vital HR services for all the Bank's employees, as well as upholding standards in HR digital user experience, including digital content.


All roles in this team operate in an Agile environment, therefore are required to own, and drive change features and projects as part of the Agile squad set up, with a focus on the customer, value prioritisation, and rapid iteration.

Your key responsibilities

  • Liaising and building strong relationships with content owners in HR to ensure uptodate and userfriendly content on HR channels
  • Creating original, and editing/ optimising existing content, for HR channels. Publishing content in Content Management Systems, including dotCMS and bot builder
  • Inspiring, engaging and enabling content owners to raise standards in online content creation, and increasing awareness of and buyin to the benefits of enhanced and common standards
  • Maintaining templates and toolkits which content owners can leverage collectively to raise content standards
  • Monitoring feedback and user behaviours to enable continuous improvement of the HR Portal

Your skills and experience

  • Knowledge of how digital technologies support and enable an efficient global HR function. Knowledge and experience of digital content publishing, ideally for employeefacing channels in a large diverse organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to skillfully present and defend the user perspective
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. German language skills are beneficial
  • Responds positively and flexibly to ambiguity, organisational change, and situations of high demand
  • Digital editorial qualifications/experience, for example Online Journalism Certificate. Knowledge and experience of writing for mobile and Chatbots
