**Permanent contract | £39,248 to £43,517 per annum (Scale K) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich

You will drive the work of the Health and Wellbeing Partnerships (HWP) and priorities of the Integrated Care Partnership (ICP).

You will play a key part in maturing these partnerships, ensuring their success, and maximising learning.

You will focus on public health priorities across these partnerships and related areas of work such as community development, addressing hardship and wider determinates of health.


We are particularly looking for people who have a proven track record of motivating and influencing others, project development and thrive in a multi-agency environment.

You will need to be curious, listen and engage with communities, have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with partners to work towards our common goals.
