We're looking for a Recruitment Administrator (Maternity Cover) to assist with managing the recruitment process from start to finish and ensuring vacancies are filled in a timely manner.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Establishing role requirements and writing Job Descriptions and Advertisements
  • Attending recruitment fairs and networking events promoting Sopher + Co brand and opportunities.
  • Managing the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Arranging, conducting and facilitating interviews (telephone, video and face to face)
  • Liaising and building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Any other ad hoc duties requested by Manager.

About You

You'll ideally have previous experience in a similar role, withinprofessional private client firm, but this is not essential and full training will be provided.

Naturally, you will have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and general IT fluency.
