Recruitment Consultant
YourPrime is a growing and innovative recruitment agency based in the heart of Altrincham. We are looking for an ambitious and career-driven individual to join our team of recruitment professionals. YourPrime has a high success rate in placing canddiates in tech/software companies across the UK, Europe, and the US.


Alongside this, we utilize the latest technologies including AI, SaaS tools, media tools, and lead generation tools which all feed into our core central system to improve our processes and make our sales cycle as efficient as possible.

As a Recruitment Consultant within Software, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing skilled software professionals. You will build relationships with clients, understand their hiring needs, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.


Responcibilities

  • Source and screen qualified software professionals through various channels.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and company culture.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Negotiate offers and handle contract signing and onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent demands within the software sector.

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and programming languages.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Passion for working with people and building relationships.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Graduate


Salary:
£20,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
