Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Consistent level of Project Management with quarterly targets
  • Adherence to company processes and record keeping via Project Board, Project Briefs etc
  • Project setups
  • Managing internal recruitment, including feeding back to Project Coordinators and running Project Debriefs
  • Managing external recruiters to ensure quality of external recruitment aligns with Roots standards

Telephone Recruitment

  • Recruiting participants where the needs of the project/ resource required

Group/Interview Scheduling

Client Liaison

  • Ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients throughout the project cycle; from briefing call through to responding to feedback after completion
  • Solutionsfocused communication, keeping client informed of any potential challenges

Requirements:


  • Microsoft Office literate
  • Keen to learn

  • Flexible and proactive
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven Project Management skills
  • IT Proficient
  • Good Telephone Manner
  • Sound Organisational experience
  • Qualitative Market research background ideal but not essential
