Responsibilities

Project Management

Consistent level of Project Management with quarterly targets
Adherence to company processes and record keeping via Project Board, Project Briefs etc
Project setups
Managing internal recruitment, including feeding back to Project Coordinators and running Project Debriefs
Managing external recruiters to ensure quality of external recruitment aligns with Roots standards

Telephone Recruitment

Recruiting participants where the needs of the project/ resource required

Group/Interview Scheduling

Client Liaison

Ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients throughout the project cycle; from briefing call through to responding to feedback after completion
Solutionsfocused communication, keeping client informed of any potential challenges

Requirements:

Microsoft Office literate
Keen to learn
Teamfocussed
Positive solutionsfocused attitude
Flexible and proactive
Excellent communication skills
Proven Project Management skills
IT Proficient
Good Telephone Manner
Sound Organisational experience
Qualitative Market research background ideal but not essential
