Responsibilities
Project Management
- Consistent level of Project Management with quarterly targets
- Adherence to company processes and record keeping via Project Board, Project Briefs etc
- Project setups
- Managing internal recruitment, including feeding back to Project Coordinators and running Project Debriefs
- Managing external recruiters to ensure quality of external recruitment aligns with Roots standards
Telephone Recruitment
- Recruiting participants where the needs of the project/ resource required
Group/Interview Scheduling
Client Liaison
- Ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients throughout the project cycle; from briefing call through to responding to feedback after completion
- Solutionsfocused communication, keeping client informed of any potential challenges
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office literate
- Keen to learn
- Teamfocussed
- Positive solutionsfocused attitude
- Flexible and proactive
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven Project Management skills
- IT Proficient
- Good Telephone Manner
- Sound Organisational experience
- Qualitative Market research background ideal but not essential
