A Chesterfield based manufacturing company is looking to secure the services of an experienced CNC Cylindrical Grinder as their current Operator is retiring the first week of April at 70-years old.

Training is offered on the Okamoto machine but there is an expectation you will be someone who can set/operate with occasional editing of FANUC controls, ability to work to tight tolerances, read engineering drawings, and self-inspect parts with Verniers, Callipers, and Micrometers.

The company operates a days-only production schedule with standard operational hours of 07:30 to 16:00 - Monday to Friday; however, on successful completion of training this can be modified, if you wish, to early finish Friday, or even Monday to Thursday and enjoy a long weekend.

As long as production requirements are met to the specified standards, and the 40 hours completed, you can determine your own work/life balance.
